I do a lot of private events, but on occasion, I perform stand-up in public venues, live and in 3-D! Here are some upcoming [and/or recent] public shows:
July 14: 8 pm | Laugh Riot Comedy Show; Bethesda, MD | $10
Lots of great things to do in downtown Bethesda, from great food and drinks to affordable comedy shows. I’m headlining this one, but please still arrive on time.
July 20: 8 pm | General Shaw’s Chicken Comedy Showcase; Washington, DC | $10
The historic Shaw’s Tavern is hosting this “finger-lickin’ funny time,” but I want to let you know this Chicken Comedy Show is available for vegans also. It’s just $10, but if you get tickets at the door they are $15; since you get what you pay for, it’s a better show if wait, but then there might not be any seats, so never mind. Get tickets now.
July 25: 8 pm | Cool Cow Comedy at Ragtime; Arlington, VA | free
If you can afford free, this might be a good show for you because it’s free. It’s cool, there will be cows, but, again, vegans are welcome.
July 27: 9:30 pm | Five and Dime Ale House; Baltimore, MD | free
It’s my first time at the Five and Dime (I mean, I’ve been to a five and dime, just not this one). Come to this chill space in the Hampden ‘hood for a free show. Get more info here.
July 28: 8 pm | French Quarter Brasserie; Fairfax, VA | $10
“Brasserie” is French for “Cajun,” or something like that. I didn’t study French in high school because Paris was 5500 miles away. I have no idea what that is in meters, but you’re digressing the point, which is this: you should come to this great restaurant and see me tell some funny jokes. Merci.
August 22-3: 7:30 pm | DC Comedy Loft; Washington, DC | $8
Two shows with Lisa Best and Blaire Postman. Just eight bucks!
August 25: 8 pm | Laugh Riot Comedy Show; Bethesda, MD | $10
Back in Bethesda. Take the Red Line there. I call it the comet (because it comes once every 78 years).
August 26: 8 pm | The Blue Iguana; Fairfax, VA | $10
No iguanas were injured in the production of this comedy show. And it’s just ten bucks—the price of a cup of coffee.
September 7-8: 7:30/9:45 pm | DC Comedy Loft; Washington, DC | $15
I’m back at the DC Comedy Loft for four shows with Kurt Braunohler.
September 15: 8 pm | Laugh Riot Comedy Show; Bethesda, MD | $10
I call this my home club, and I guess that makes you my homies.
September 21: 8 pm | Kramerbooks; Washington, DC | $12
Comedy at a bookstore? Come back for more details!
September 23: 7 pm | The Cellar Door Comedy Show; Frederick, MD | $10
A fun show in a quaint city. Come early and walk around, check out the comedy show, and stumble back.
October 20-1: 7:30/9:45 pm | DC Comedy Loft; Washington, DC | $15
Three shows with Chris Franjola.
October 24-5: 7:30 pm | DC Comedy Loft; Washington, DC | $10
I’m back at the Loft with my friend Kellen Erskine. Just ten bucks!
October 27: 8 pm| Laugh Riot Comedy Show; Bethesda, MD | $10
Finishing off a busy week at my favorite spot. Hope to see you there.
November 15: 7:30 pm | Rialto Theatre; Canton, PA
Details as they emerge.
TBA | TBA; Fairfax, VA | $?
This is a special show to honor our vets, and I don’t mean the kind that remove furballs. Proceeds from this show will go toward building a memorial for WWI veterans and to recognize the centennial of The Big One, the war that, for better or worse, put America on the global stage. Details anon.
