The reason I like your act, first and foremost, is because I like you. You are willing to be flexible . . . it’s obvious to me that you love what you do, and that passion shows in your presentation.
And then the other reasons–you have great timing. When you say something funny that takes a little time to realize what you have said, you wait for it. Let’s the audience know you have said something that they need to chew over, and gives them time to laugh and you time to know they got it.
